Returns Policy

All online orders have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you need to return your online purchase for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. 

At Princess Jewelry, no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. Our products are of the highest quality and we are confident that upon receipt of your item you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your jewelry, you can return your online order to us within thirty (30) days from the original shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). 

Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler or third party), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items, other than rings, may not be returned. Online returns without a Princess Jewelry return code (RMA) and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. 

Last Call Products

All last call products are final sales and cannot be returned for credit or store credit. You can exchange the item within 5 business days of receiving the item.  

To better serve you, we generate pre-filled Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for all online returned/exchanged items.

Returns/Exchanges In Store:

All jewelry purchased in store can be returned/exchanged within ten (10) days. Returns after 10 days will be issued a store credit for in store purchases only. Custom orers are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, Canada, Australia and some countries in Europe. Note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for any international shipping inquiries. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
