Lifetime Warranty

At Princess, we take pride in the quality of our products and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for all of our items. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us for inspection. If we confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item as appropriate. If the item is no longer available, we will replace it with a like-kind item or provide a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component.

It's important to note that not all issues with jewelry are the result of manufacturing defects. Natural characteristics, slight irregularities in craftsmanship, and internal inclusions in colored gemstones are unique to each item and should not be considered defects.

Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services On Diamond Rings

We recommend that our customers have their Princess diamond rings cleaned and inspected every 6 months, or after any potential trauma. This service is complimentary to our Princess customers, and we only ask that they pay for shipping to send the ring to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be done at this time at cost.

Conditions And Exclusions

While we stand behind our products, it's also important to understand that fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear and tear, activities, or trauma. Rings can be subjected to considerable abuse due to their placement on the hand. Therefore, we do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss that results from a failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.

Some common issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  2. Wear and tear on prongs and precious metals over time.
  3. Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs that allow a stone to fall out or become lost.
  4. Lost stones or stones that have fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage are not covered under our warranty.

We want our customers to feel confident in their purchases from Princess, and we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and quality products.
